UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the Home Page promotion cost for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its employees on client service and being good citizens.
